Access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and a health care flexible spending account (FSA). 

We pay the full employee-only premium for 8 of the 12 United Healthcare medical insurance plan options for employees. A Healthcare Flexible Spending Account is offered to employees, allowing them to make pretax contributions to pay for healthcare expenses.

Certificate training programs offered at no cost to employees to elevate their skills; Microsoft software training; customer service training; self-improvement training and job performance training.

Employee Well-being Initiatives

Employees have access to a health advocacy program 24/7 to help with health care concerns. Free to full-time employees.

Employees have access to a no cost Caregiver Support program available to all employees (full-time or part-time). This includes Health and Medical support, family and emotional support, education support, as well as insurance, financial and legal support. Employees can work with a Care Coach at no cost to them for concerns with parenting, eldercare, education, disability, or illness. Employees get support for anyone they are caring for whether its their child, parent, coworkers, neighbor or themselves.
