Stephanie Lunde

Stephanie serves as an Account Manager with the firm responsible for the management of client accounts. Stephanie has both hospital and physician business office experience dating back to 1983. Stephanie’s career in healthcare began in California where she was responsible for hospital bed control, admissions and insurance verification activities. The business experience she gained allowed her to accept a position with a large family practice center where she was responsible for all aspects of the revenue cycle. Stephanie has managed scheduling, insurance verification processes, date of service patient handling, patient collections, financial counseling, billing and insurance collection activities for multiple group and solo practitioner practices in various states including Idaho, Georgia, Florida, Kansas and Texas. Her tenure and expertise in patient account management reside in the specialties of family practice, internal medicine, pulmonology, hematology, oncology, surgery and allied health. Stephanie advanced her carrier in accepting a leadership role responsible for the management and oversight of a central business office of four psychiatric and sub acute care hospitals in Texas. Stephanie is verse and knowledgeable in both facility (UB92) billing and professional (CMS1500) billing environments lending leadership.
