Pat Hayes serves as a Financial Coordinator
working onsite at client sites where the firm is responsible and
oversees the revenue management process of a practice. Pat’s
healthcare career started in 1990 as a unit clerk for a Texas
Medical Center hospital with key responsibilities in quality control
and monitoring. Pat transitioned using her experience to support
the business operations of physician practices. Having experience
in allergy, otolaryngology, geriatric, podiatry, occupational
medicine, and internal medicine, she is verse in the pre-certification,
authorization and medical management responsibilities facing practices.
Added to her tenure, she has performed scheduling, conducted insurance
verification tasks, and has been responsible for ensuring patients
seen by practices are poised to receive compensation for services
rendered. Pat has served in multiple leadership roles including
the performance of billing and collection tasks.
