Dinah McAllister

Dinah serves as Director of Account Management and has been with the firm since the inception in adding a billing and collection division in January of 2002. Dinah’s career in healthcare stared in 1985 where she expanded on her banking and financial institution experience in helping physician navigate the business of medicine. Dinah’s tenure has been served in the role and capacity of a practice administrator for multiple specialty practices responsible for the revenue management and operations of the practice. Prior to her practice management experience, Dinah has served in leadership positions in various billing and collection arenas. With expertise in neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, advanced practice nursing, primary care, ancillary and allied health-billing environments, Dinah is positioned well to support the vision of the firm. She is verse in the revenue operations of clinical practices, has extensive collection and billing experience, managed multiple billing system selection and conversions, and has proven account receivables management ability in Maryland, Florida, Kansas, Tennessee and Texas.
